We are based in Australia and orders are shipped out directly from our domestic warehouse. We offer International Shipping to New Zealand only. We use a courier that has tracking for our orders and delivery of 3 - 10 business days.
We generally pick and pack orders quite fast. Due to this, it may not be possible to cancel or change the specifics of your order if it has been packed and shipped. Please email us at info@adorepaws.com to advise of the changes/cancel as soon as you can.
Adore Paws accept all major card holders including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. LayBuy, Klarna and Zippay are also available at checkout.
To use a discount code at checkout, simply add the products you want to buy to your cart. When you get to the checkout screen, there will be a dropdown box that says Coupon Code. Type the discount code into the box and press add. Some discount codes cannot be used during sale times or on already discounted items bundles.
We only accept returns if the product has not been used. We provide precise instructions on aftercare that can be read on each product page on our website. If these instructions are followed, your purchase should last a lifetime. We do not take responsibility for damage or injuries to pets/humans due to misuse of our products.
We have tried to provide the most accurate dimensions for all our products to allow you to choose the best fit. If for any reason, you order the incorrect size, please contact our team at info@adorepaws.com to organise an exchange of the purchase. Please remember to include your order number in the email.
We fulfil all of our customers orders in our warehouse facility. Unfortunately, we do not allow customer visits to the site however if you are unsure about a product you are interested in, please contact the team via email or phone.
