We are based in Melbourne, Australia and orders are shipped out directly from our domestic warehouse here. We also proudly offer International Shipping.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed with up to 4 business days at peak times such as Christmas. This means you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email up to 4 business days later.
We use Australia Post as a trackable service for both Standard and Express shipments. Australia Post advises the following timeframes:
Standard Domestic Delivery Timeframes (within Australia): Australia Post will endeavour to deliver an order within 3-10 business days from order dispatch. Where You have specified a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect point as the delivery address, You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to collect.
Express Domestic Delivery Timeframes (within Australia): Australia Post will endeavour to deliver an order within 1-3 business days (depending on the delivery post code).

Express Post is still available and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option for customers but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please contact our Customer Care Team at email@example.com and ask for a Return Authority number. Once they have provided you a Return Authority number and the return address you can return the goods to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
If your item is in transit to you, we cannot issue a refund until the item is returned to us as per the above steps. If there is shipping delays and you have not yet received your item, this is not grounds to receive a refund until the item has arrived and been returned to us.
Defective/Damaged Items (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your item is defected or damaged upon receiving your purchase from us, please contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send you a replacement item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
