Ordering Process

To enable our brand to offer such a variety of sizes and colours, all of our bedding is made to order. Once your order is placed, we will commence making your dog bed and will ship it within 7 business days. 

 

We only accept cancellations on orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, as after that our warehouse will have commenced making your very own bed. Once a tracking number email has been sent, please see below our shipping timeframes information to gauge how long it will take to arrive to you.

 

We have the best product in the market and have no doubt you will love your very own Adore Paws bedding upon arrival, so your patience and understanding on our business model is greatly appreciated.

 

Shipping Timeframes

We proudly offer Worldwide Shipping to any country on all products. Shipping costs will be determined on your destination and the weight of your order. We do our best to cover majority of the shipping fee's however some locations are processed at a higher shipping costs. 

We have warehouses in Australia, United Kingdom, United States, China, New Zealand and Canada. Depending on the availability of your item, will depend on where your order is shipped and fulfilled from.

We use couriers with tracking and delivery from 2 to 21 business days.

Please note that if your order has 1 or more items, your items will not be shipped until your entire order is ready for dispatch. 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Boucle Bedding Range

If you wish to return your Boucle bed due to incorrect choice in sizing or change of mind, you will only be eligible if the vacuum seal has not been opened due to hygienic reasons.

An accurate size guide of the measurements of our Boucle Beds is easily accessible for customers to make the best decision prior to purchasing one of the Beds.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@adorepaws.com.

If you are eligible for a return or exchange, the shipping address will be provided to you and you will be able to organise your shipping. Once received, the product will go through a visual assessment to ensure its is eligible for refund or exchange.

We will also notify you if there is an issue with your return however if the product is in its original condition, you will receive the exchange or refund within 5 business days, dependant on your bank.

If your item is in transit to you, we cannot issue a refund until the item is returned to us as per the above steps. If there is shipping delays and you have not yet received your item, this is not grounds to receive a refund until the item has arrived and been returned to us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Defective/Damaged Items (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your item is defected or damaged upon receiving your purchase from us, please contact us immediately via info@adorepaws.com so we can send you a replacement item. It is important that we receive images of the defective/damaged items within 3 days of you receiving it. If you do not provide us with this information within this timeframe, your exchange or refund may be void.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed? 

We generally pick and pack orders quite fast. Due to this, it may not be possible to cancel or change the specifics of your order if it has been packed and shipped. Please email us at info@adorepaws.com to advise of the changes/cancel as soon as you can. 

 

What payment methods do you accept? 

Adore Paws accept all major card holders including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PaypalLayBuy, Klarna and Zippay are also available at checkout. 

 

I ordered 1 item in stock and 1 on pre-order, when will I receive my Order? 

Please note that if your order has 1 or more items that are a pre-order, your items will not be shipped until your entire order is in stock and ready for dispatch. 

 


How do I apply a discount code at checkout?
  

To use a discount code at checkout, simply add the products you want to buy to your cart. When you get to the checkout screen, there will be a dropdown box that says Coupon Code. Type the discount code into the box and press add. Some discount codes cannot be used during sale times or on already discounted items bundles. 

 

Can I return products affected by chewing/wear and tear? 

We only accept returns if the product has not been used. We provide precise instructions on aftercare that can be read on each product page on our website. If these instructions are followed, your purchase should last a lifetime. 

We do not take responsibility for damage or injuries to pets/humans due to misuse of our products. 

 

What if I order the wrong size? 

We have tried to provide the most accurate dimensions for all our producs to allow you to choose the best fit. If for any reason, you order the incorrect size, please contact our team at info@adorepaws.com to organise an exchange of the purchase. Please remember to include your order number in the email. 

 

Do you have a store I can visit to shop?

We fulfil all of our customers orders in our warehouse facility. Unfortunately, we do not allow customer visits to the site however if you are unsure about a product you are interested in, please contact the team via email or phone.
